Our goal was to identify and implement strategies that enhanced Crowley Auto Group’s digital and print marketing efforts. By doing so, we aimed to improve user engagement rates and elevate brand perception and recognition. Additionally, we strived to achieve these objectives while simultaneously lowering their marketing expenditures, ensuring a more efficient and cost-effective approach.

our solution

We proposed a fully transparent plan to take over all of Crowley’s marketing efforts. Once approved, we set to work meticulously. Our first step was to thoroughly review all existing marketing resources and strategies, with the goal of cutting costs while increasing impact, traffic, and sales.

Our team transitioned them from a group website that was counterproductive to creating individual manufacturer-required websites. We rebranded them with the new slogan “Consider Crowley,” strengthening their brand identity. We diversified their marketing plan across multiple platforms, including TV commercials, radio, direct mail, email blasts, and social media posts.

Throughout this process, we maintained full transparency with them regarding where their marketing budget was being allocated, the campaigns we were running, the rationale behind each campaign, and the results achieved. We continuously fine-tuned the plan based on data, ensuring that our approach remained effective and diversified.

This consistent and strategic approach was instrumental in building awareness. As a result, the dealership’s recognition in their area significantly increased.
