Island Acura is a family owned dealership located on Long Island that prides itself on its excellent customer service and great product offering. The problem was that they were not seeing the results they wanted when it came to their advertising. They tried a variety of advertising products and it just did not get the growth in sales that they were looking for. They needed help reaching their customers.
our solution
Our goal was to come up with a consistent plan for Island Acura’s advertising dollars. Rather than focusing on one type of advertising, we spread it out across multiple forms: television, direct mail, e-mail blasts, etc. We remained diversified, and fine-tuned the plan using data. This consistent approach was instrumental in building awareness. The dealership was becoming more recognized in their area.
outcome
Island Acura went from the 80th ranked Acura dealer in the country to #15 in 3 years. The dealership continues to grow, with no ceiling in sight!
