the challenge
Libero Jewelers is a renowned, family-owned and operated full-service jewelry store, originally located in downtown Derby CT. Having been in business for over 40 years, a lot of their business consisted of repeat customers, those who have shopped here primarily for all of their jewelry needs. The challenge was attracting new first-time customers to their new location in North Haven CT. Libero Jewelers boasted of a warm and friendly environment, where shoppers were treated to expert knowledge and proven experience in the field. We just needed to draw those outside the community to this store and show them that it was worth their while.
our solution
To help bring new traffic into the store, we developed a holiday event called Holiday Ladies Night. For one night only, this festive event, consisting of cocktails, refreshments, discounts and incentives, would see customers strolling through Washington Plaza from store to store, while being serenaded by carolers as they purchased gifts for the holidays. Participating local shops and restaurants donated exclusive swag bags filled with goodies that were given to those who pre-registered.

The event was an enormous success, exceeding both our expectations and those of Libero Jewelers.
